At REZERO, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle delivery and shipping charges.
We offer free delivery for orders over USD$30 (US/CA/EU/UK).
If your order does not meet the minimum free shipping amount, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your country or region. All fees are calculated in $USD and may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Under normal circumstances, if your package arrives significantly later than the estimated delivery timeframe provided during checkout, you may be eligible for a refund. Please note that due to regional restrictions, we may not be able to ship to certain countries such as Israel, Pakistan, Mexico, and Brazil. Orders placed with these addresses will be canceled.
Additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote areas. These charges will be calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping address. Orders to certain undeliverable areas may be canceled.
Once a package has been shipped, interception is usually not possible. If an interception is successful and you request a refund, please note that we cannot refund the shipping fee as it has already been incurred.

Currently, REZERO only accepts PayPal. We are working to add more convenient payment options in the near future. REZERO does not accept cryptocurrency payments.
