  1. Manufacturer Defects & Errors

    • For issues caused by manufacturer defects, packaging errors, or other errors under our responsibility, we offer a full refund or free replacement within 60 days from the receiving date, including free return shipping.
    • To process your request, please provide clear, detailed photos or videos showing the defect or error.
  2. Customer Preference or Expectation Issues

    • For returns due to differences from your expectations—such as color, size, or style—you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
    • After we receive the item, we will assess its condition (including wear and packaging) and issue a partial refund based on depreciation and any packaging damage.
    • Items that have been worn and show creases or damage may affect their resale value and refund amount.
  3. Return Request Process

    • Before returning any item, contact us via WhatsApp, Email, or Social Platform messages with your order number and any supporting attachments.
    • We aim to reply within 1 business day (responses may be delayed during holidays or due to time zone differences).
    • The return window will be calculated from the date your return request message is sent.
  4. Shipping & Interception Notes

    • Orders are typically shipped on the next business day after payment. Once shipped, interception is generally not possible.
    • Please double-check your order details before completing payment.
    • Refund requests initiated while the package is in transit will be denied; please receive the item first and then return it at your expense.
    • If an interception is successful, only a partial refund will be issued due to shipping costs already incurred.
