1. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to any purchase of products or services from the REZERO website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you will not be able to purchase any REZERO products from our website.

REZERO may update or amend these Terms at its sole discretion at any time. Please review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop interacting with us and refrain from placing new orders.

2. Ordering REZERO Products

2.1. Eligibility

To be eligible to purchase REZERO products through our website, you must:

• (a) be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts if you are an individual; or
• (b) have the authority, legal capacity, and power to enter into these Terms if you are a company; and
• (c) provide a valid international billing address (subject to regional restrictions).

REZERO reserves the right to modify the selection of products offered and to limit the quantity of products available for purchase. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by REZERO.

2.2. Product Information

You can find up-to-date information on available REZERO products on the dedicated “Products” section of our website or by contacting our customer service team.

2.3. Account Creation / Guest Checkout

To place an order, you may either create a personal account or use guest checkout.

• When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, phone number, and email address, and confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.
• As a guest, you may place an order without creating an account. However, orders placed as a guest will not appear in your account history should you choose to create an account later.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. REZERO is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account caused by third parties accessing your login information.

2.4. Order Processing

To order a product, click “Add to Cart.” You may continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout. Before confirming payment, please carefully review your order details.

To complete the order, you must check the box acknowledging that you have read and accepted these Terms, and then click “Confirm and Pay.” By doing so, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you agree to our Terms, Privacy Policy, and website usage policies.

If an ordered item is out of stock, you may either wait for restock or cancel your order.

3. Payment

3.1. Prices, Taxes & Shipping Costs

The final product price, shipping fees, and applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Please note that tax regulations may change between the time of your order and the time of shipment. If additional taxes are required, we will contact you to confirm your purchase before proceeding.

3.2. Payment Methods

Payment must be made in full using an approved payment method before your order is confirmed and shipped.

Currently, REZERO only accepts PayPal. We are working to add more convenient payment options in the near future. REZERO does not accept cryptocurrency payments.

4. Optional Services

• Gift Packaging: Your REZERO products will be delivered in specially packaged REZERO gift boxes.
• Personalized Gift Cards: Add a message, and we will print it on a card to be included with your order.

5. Promotions

From time to time, REZERO may launch promotional offers at its sole discretion. Each promotion is subject to its own terms and conditions, and REZERO reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without notice.

6. Shipping, Returns and Warranty

6.1. Shipping Terms

• Free Delivery: Orders over $40 / €35 / £30 qualify for free shipping.
• Shipping Charges: Orders below the minimum threshold are subject to shipping fees based on your region.
• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. REZERO is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Delivery Time: Under normal circumstances, if your package arrives more than 3 business days later than the maximum timeframe stated in our shipping table, you may request a full refund.
• Restrictions: Deliveries to certain countries (e.g., Israel, Pakistan, Mexico, Brazil) may be unavailable. Such orders will be canceled.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: REZERO is not responsible for stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.

6.2. Returns & Refunds

• Manufacturer Defects & Errors: Full refund or free replacement within 60 days, including free return shipping, upon verified photo/video evidence.
• Customer Preference Returns: Returns due to size, color, or style preferences may incur return shipping costs. Refunds will be adjusted based on item condition and resale value.
• Return Process: Contact REZERO via WhatsApp, Email, or Social Media with your order number and proof. Requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
• Refund Restrictions: Refund requests made while packages are in transit will be denied. Once received, items may be returned at your expense unless defective.

7. Accuracy of Pricing and Product Descriptions

REZERO strives to ensure that product descriptions, images, and other information on our website are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that all such information is error-free, complete, or up-to-date.

In the event of any errors or inaccuracies, the customer’s sole remedy is to return the product in accordance with our Return Policy outlined above.
